Ticketing Terms and Conditions
Expiration & Usage Policy
One way tickets are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
Round trip tickets are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase and cannot be shared. A single round trip ticket QR code is valid for use by one (1) passenger for both portions of the respective trip; each passenger must have their own unique round trip ticket/QR code. Round trip tickets may be purchased in bulk on the same order if multiple passengers are traveling together so long as the amount of round trip tickets purchased matches the amount of passengers traveling.
Discounted 10-ride commuter passes are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and cannot be shared. A single 10-ride pass QR code is valid for use by one (1) passenger up to ten (10) times in the validity period. Commuter passes are non-refundable & non-transferable. South Station to Logan Airport tickets are not valid in conjunction with a commuter pass.
General Policy
Ticket QR code(s) must be presented intact and legible until the final ride. Tickets are not date or trip-specific, therefore purchasing tickets in advance does not guarantee seating. Round trip tickets are double scanned; please do not discard your round-trip ticket until after your final trip. Due to various factors beyond our control, we are unable to guarantee arrival times or connection times; consequently, we cannot reimburse passengers because a trip is late. Plymouth and Brockton is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of any such delays, including any other travel expenses.
Baggage Policy
Baggage will not be checked on Plymouth and Brockton bus lines. Be sure to identify and claim your bag, prior to leaving the bus stop. As an added precaution, make sure all baggage has an identification tag attached on the inside and outside. Plymouth and Brockton assumes no liability for unchecked baggage and/or personal belongings. All full-size baggage will be transported in the baggage compartments. Baggage is limited to two (2) pieces per adult ticket and one (1) piece per child ticket. For the health & safety of our employees, the weight limit on full-size baggage is 50 lbs. per bag.
Baggage is not to be placed in/on seats in any manner to occupy space thus preventing a paying passenger from a seat. Baggage is also not to be placed in the aisles. Excess baggage (anything over two (2) bags per adult) will be carried for a minimal fee per bag (plus the applicable service charge). Please be sure to identify and claim your bag, prior to leaving the bus stop. Carry-on bags are limited to one (1) piece and twenty-five (25) pounds maximum per person and must be placed in the overhead racks or under the seat in such a manner as not to endanger other passengers. Carry-on bags count towards the two (2) piece baggage limit. A passenger may also carry one personal item (briefcase, purse, lunchbox, etc.) on the coach.
Refund Policy
Tickets will be redeemed to the purchaser, at the fare paid (less a minimal refund fee, per ticket), when no portion of the coupons have been used and provided that they are presented prior to their expiration date. Service charges are non-refundable. All refund requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] or by using the form on our website contact page. Please include the transaction number of the ticket and your mailing address. Cash refunds will not be made.
