South Station Gate Renumbering – Effective November 2025
The new bus station concourse at South Station will be opening on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. As part of this project, South Station management has renumbered the gates for all transportation providers.

Today we are announcing P&B customer accounts! P&B accounts are a new system that allows our passengers to create an account with P&B to gain access to features such as saving your credit card for future purchases and historical purchase lookup.
Announcing Check My Ticket
Today we are announcing Check My Ticket! A new way for Plymouth and Brockton passengers to check their existing tickets to verify validity. Using this new tool, passengers can check their existing bus ticket(s) by providing the email address and booking number or Pass Card number associated with their order.
