Effective tomorrow 05/06/2025 we are making improvements to our ticket purchasing workflow related to credit card security.
During the ticket purchasing process passengers will now be required to enter their full name, billing address (address number and street only), credit card number, expiration month & year, CVV/CV2/CSC code, billing country, billing city, and billing state.
Passengers who have created a P&B account and saved a credit card to the account will need to delete their existing card and re-add it to their accounts to utilize the added purchase data fields. Instructions to delete credit cards from P&B accounts are below.
Delete a Saved Credit Card
- Navigate to Buy Bus Tickets | Plymouth and Brockton
- Log into P&B account.
- Click the Credit Cards button on the top banner.
- Click the X icon in the delete column of the respective card to be deleted.
