Payment Page Error on Apple Iphone/Ipad/Mac Devices

For Iphone/Ipad:

Apple blocks third-party cookies by default which disables several payment pages, including ours. We are working on an automatic fix for this issue. 

If you see the above error when trying to purchase tickets, please follow these steps to enable web sales on Apple devices; 

1. Open the “Settings” app

2. Scroll Down to Safari and tap it

3. Scroll down to Privacy & Security. You should see two settings, “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” and “Block All Cookies.” Toggle both so they are grey (not green), so they match the picture below.

5. Return to our order page HERE. After purchasing a ticket, you can revert these settings to their default value.

Payment Page Error on Apple Iphone/Ipad/Mac Devices

For Mac (Using Google Chrome):

In Google Chrome, click or tap on the “Customize and control Google Chrome” button from the top-right corner of the window. It looks like three dots arranged vertically. In the menu that opens, go to Settings.

Scroll down and click or tap Advanced at the bottom of the window.

After you click Advanced, scroll down to “Privacy and security,” and click or tap “Content settings.”

You see a long list of permissions, split by type. Choose Cookies.

Now you see settings for how Google Chrome handles cookies. Set the “Block third-party cookies” switch to Off, like in the screenshot below.
