Animals:
Dogs,
Cats, Birds or any other Pets cannot be
transported.
ADA service animals - accompanying a legally deaf,
blind or disabled person - are the only animals allowed
on P & B buses. Service
animals may not travel in the aisle or occupy a seat
and are the responsibility of its owner and must be
under the control of its owner at all times.
Plymouth & Brockton reserves the right to refuse
passage to any animal that poses a direct threat to
the health and safety of other customers and or
company personnel.

Baggage:
Baggage
will not be checked on P & B lines.
All baggage
will be transported in the baggage compartments
and will be limited to 2 pieces
per adult ticket and 1 piece per child's ticket.
Carry-on bags are limited to 1 piece, per
person and must be placed in over-head racks in
such a manner as not to endanger other passengers.
No baggage will be placed in seats in any manner
as to occupy space thus preventing a paying passenger
from a seat.
Excess baggage will be carried at the charge of
$5.00 per bag.

Bicycles:
Bicycles may be carried in the baggage
compartments when there is sufficient room after all
other baggage and express has been loaded - at the
owners risk (Plymouth & Brockton
is not responsible for damage to any bicycles -
boxed or unboxed) - at the prevailing tariff rate.

Bicycles must be carried in a separate baggage
compartment or placed in such a manner as not to
damage any baggage or express in any way.
There is no guarantee that bicycles will be accepted
by connecting carriers.
In addition -- connecting carriers may require that
bicycles are boxed.

Cell Phone Use:
Cell phone
usage is discouraged on all Plymouth &
Brockton buses with the exception of those
situations where either a quick message or
circumstances beyond our control delays the arrival
time of a trip where passenger connections
cannot be met.

fellow passengers.

Children's Fares:
Children - 5 years old & under 12 years old will be
charged one-half (1/2) of the adult fare.
Children - under 5 years of age (maximum of 2),
not occupying seats to the exclusion of other paying
passengers, will be carried free.
Any additional children shall each pay a fare of
one-half (1/2) of the adult fare
All children must be
accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or
older) when riding coaches; otherwise they shall be
charged full fare.
When
PURCHASING a 1/2 fare ticket, the CHILDREN MUST BE
IN COMPANY OF THE PURCHASER.

Commuter Checks:
Commuter Checks can be redeemed for Plymouth & Brockton tickets.
This is a national employee benefit program that reduces the cost
of commuting by public transportation. The Commuter Check
program can be provided as a fringe benefit (your employer can
subsidize your commuting costs. tax-free, up to $65 per month).
Commuter Checks can also be provided as a pre-tax deduction from
an employees salary (your employer can allow you to set aside
pre-tax dollars, up to $65 per month, to pay for your own transit
costs).
Since it is a tax-free benefit, each $20 Commuter Check (for
example) is worth over $30 in taxable salary.

Hyannis Airport Rotary. Take The Second Right Off
The Rotary Onto Barnstable Road – After ¾ Of A Mile Turn
Left Onto Center Street. The Entrance to the
Transportation Center Is 2 Blocks On The Left. Look For The Transportation Sign On The Left.
Traveling West On Route 6 (From The Outer Cape):
Take Route 6 To Exit 7 (Willow St.). At The End

transport a person under the influence of
intoxicating liquor or drugs, or who is incapable of
taking care of himself or herself, or whose conduct
is such or likely to be such as to make him or her

be worn at all times by passengers.

Refunds:
Refunds will
not be issued at our ticket counters or agencies.
Tickets will be redeemed to Purchaser at the fare
paid when no portion of the ticket
has been used.
Commutation tickets used in part are not
redeemable.
Tickets will be redeemed provided that they are
presented prior to expiration date -
Expired tickets are non-refundable.
Round trip discount does not apply to refund
requests (the one way fare will be deducted from the
round trip purchase price, prior to assessing any
service charge).
Refunds will not be
issued due to delayed departure and/or arrival times
as these cannot be guaranteed as both can be
affected by a number of factors including weather,
traffic and other conditions beyond our immediate
control.
Plymouth & Brockton is not liable for any
inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such
a delay. In addition, Plymouth & Brockton is
not liable for any other travel expenses caused by a
delay.
A service charge of two dollars and fifty cents
($2.50) per ticket will be charged on all refunds
made.

whenever one is available. In the absence of
such, tickets may be purchased in cash from the
driver, upon boarding.

Tickets may be purchased (in an emergency
situation) at one Plymouth & Brockton terminal for
passengers boarding at another Plymouth & Brockton
terminal location. A service charge of $5.00
will be charged on all 'prepaid ticket orders'.
Prepaid tickets are non-refundable.
One Way Tickets are valid for 60 days from
date of purchase.
Discounted Round Trip Tickets are valid for
use at any time within 1 year from date of purchase.
Children under 12 will be carried at a reduced rate - Only When Accompanied by an

without a reservation, we cannot guarantee that a
